2. A timber-framed building plastered over. Overhang. Restored mullions and transoms and 2 oriels supported on brackets. 2 fine carved brackets in file shape of Imps. Vaulted stone cellar, probably C13.
Nos 1 to 8A (consec) and Nos 10 to 16 (consec), Nos 38 to 44 (consec) Burgate together with Nos 1 to 9 (consec) Butchery Lane form a group.
Also Nos 10 to 16 (consec) form a group together with Nos 6A & 7 The Parade.
