This was originally the Table Hall to Christchurch Monastry. 4 pointed windows with tracery and some very fine corbels. The East-West wing is in 2 separate sections. The east half is chequered work of stone and flints. C15 windows of stone and flints in the east gable end. On its south front a modern bay window has been added with very fine C16 carved fernale brackets. The west half is late C17. 2 storeys and attic plastered brick.
