Nos 1, 2, 5 & 6 (Maynard and Cotton's Hospital) (Formerly listed as No 11 to 20 (consec)) TR 1457 NE 4/186 3.5.67.

2. Originally founded by John Maynard for the support of 3 old men and 1 old woman, in 1317, there were alterations in 1617 and 1708 but the present building is mostly C19. 1 storey brick. Tiled roof with 1 Dutch gable. Modillion eaves cornice. 1 casement window to each number. Simple doorcases with hoods, brackets and wooden doors.
Nos 1, 2, 5 & 6 form a Grade II group.
