No 20 TR 1458 SE 2/301 3.5.67. II GV
2. Formerly a public house. Early C17. Refronted in the C18 and again recently, but in facsimile. 2 storeys and attic red brick. Flipped tiled roof with 2 hipped dormers. Eaves cornice and stringcourse. 5 sashes with glazing bars intact. Round-headed window in the centre of the first floor. Doorcase has projecting cornice and pilasters, semi-circular fanlight and 6 panelled door. The rear elevation has a gable end and is part tile-hung.
Nos 16 to 22 (consec), Red brick garden to No 20, St Alphage Church Hall, Outbuildings, railings, post and wall at St Alphege Church Hall form a group.
