2. A timber-framed building refaced in early C18. 2 storeys basement and attics painted brick. Old tiled gambrel roof with 2 restored dormers. 4 sashes in moulded architraves. Overhang of 1st floor. Ground floor has 2 slightly canted 3 light bays. Doorcases have vestigial cornices, plain console brackets, pilasters, panelled reveals, rectangular fanlights and 6 fielded panelled doors. 3 stone steps. Footscrapers. Some simple panelling inside. 1 pier of Roman Theatre in the cellar.
No 24 to 27 (consec) form a group.
