2. Mid C18. 4 storeys buff brick. Tiled roof. Parapet with coping. 1 sash in moulded architrave. First floor has curved bow with bracket cornice and later C19 shopfront.
Nos 23 to 37 (consec) and the Christchurch Gateway form a group.
