PEAN HILL 1. 5273 (West Side) Melrose Greenfields TR 16 SW 6/53 II 2. Late C18. L-shaped building no doubt originally a farmhouse, now 2 cottages. 2 storeys, 3 windows facing east, 2 windows facing north. Front and north side stuccoed, south side and rear weatherboarded. Tiled roof. Glazing bars intact and shutters. Doorway with flat hood over.
