Two parallel ranges, that to roadside of 1 storey on plinth with projecting half-hipped single storey wing on sandstone plinth at left and stacks to end left, centre right forward of ridge line, and at end right. Wooden casement at left with ogee headed Gothick surround and glazing bar sash at right. C20 rib and stud door to centre left with rectangular fanlight and boarded door to centre right. The earlier rear range of 2 storeys with half-hipped roof and stacks at end left and end right. Three wooden casements on each floor and glazed door to left, boarded door to right.
