MOUNT SION 1. 1746 (North Side) No l3 (Walmer Cottage) TQ 5838 NW 1/24 24.11.66. II GV 2. A small early C19 villa. 2 storeys fronted with painted wood grooved in imitation of masonry. Modillion eaves cornice. 2 sashes with glazing bars missing on 1st floor. Original French windows on ground floor and verandah with hood. The side elevation is weatherboarded. Nos 9 to 29 (odd) form a group.
