Dated 1746 and intended early C19. Red brick and plain tiled roof. One storey and loft on plinth with plat band and corbelled brick eaves cornice to hipped roof with 3 hipped dormers. Boarded loft door to centre left and 2 segmentally headed wooden casements on ground floor and boarded door to centre with segmental fanlight. Dated brick over door with relief inscription: A C 1746, the letters separated by the Courthope fleur-de-lys. Single storey hipped extension to right with 2 boarded carriage doors. Interior structurally unaltered. Walled courtyard attached to rear. Listing NGR: TQ6936939937
