Two storeys and basement on plinth with brick dentil eaves cornice to hipped roof with stacks to right and to left. Regular fenestration of 2 tripartite sashes and central wooden casement on first floor and 2 double height tripartite sashes on ground floor, all with gauged heads. Central gabled porch with semi-circular fanlight and sidelights and glazed outer and inner doors. Basement opening to left return. The rear wall is tinber framed.
