HORSMONDEN BRICK KILN LANE TQ 73 NW (south east side) 4/19 Wooden Inscription Board to Pierce Family, about 20 metres north east of Church of St.Margaret GV II Wooden Inscription Board. Early C19. A simple wooden board painted on both sides and supported at either end by low posts, the earliest deciperable inscription at present to ? Pierce d.1837, with reverse inscription to Henry Pierce d.1840, but this itself overlays an earlier inscription. Listing NGR: TQ7037738141
