CRANBROOK CRANBROOK COMMON TQ 73 NE (east side) 3/90 - Mount Pleasant GV II
House. Circa 1700 with additions of mid-C19. Timber framed on plinth; incised plaster on ground floor, painted tile hanging on first floor. Boxed eaves to plain tiled roof, hipped to left with projecting end stack to right and ridge stack on gable to left. 2 storeys. Irregular 4 window front, the three to left regular about the door, showing original part of house. Glazing bar sashes, on first floor with open boxes. Entrance to right with moulded door- case and moulded flat entablature hood on brackets.
