CRANBROOK GLASSENBURY ROAD TQ 73 NE (east side) 3/112 - Forge Farmhouse - II
Farmhouse, now house. C17, clad in C19. Timber framed with red and blue brick cladding on ground floor and tile hanging on first floor. Plain tiled half- hipped roof. Tall brick stack off centre to rear. 2 storeys. Slightly irregular 3 windows front, mixture of glazing bar sashes and casements, most on first floor to left and right of centre tripartite sashes. Central boarded door with flat hood over.
