II
Mid C19. Obelisk of rough pebble-dash mixture, originally faced with Roman cement which has peeled off except on the north side. It was erected in memory of Charles Larkin, an eloquent Rochester auctioneer, by the "Friends of Freedom in grateful testimony to his fearless and long avocation of Civil and Religious Liberty and his zealous extertions in promoting the Ever Memorable Measure of Parliamentary Reform, AD 1832".
