SANDHURST TQ72NW SPONDEN ROAD 1350-0/5/250 (South side) 20/06/67 Beeches Farm II House. 2 parallel ranges; front range late C16 or early C17, rear range probably C19. Front range is a timberframed lobby entrance house, now tile-hung with half-hipped tiled roof and late C16 clustered brick chimneystack. 2 storeys and attics; 4 windows. C20 casements. C19 gabled brick weatherporch. Rear range probably C19 and also tile hung.
