House. Circa 1700 with late C20 alterations. Framed construction, the front elevation roughcast; peg-tile roof; brick stack.
Plan: West facing. Single depth main block 2-rooms wide with a larger, heated room to the right, rear outshut. Single-storey addition at right end. In the 1920s and 30s the building was used as a laundry and the front single- storey addition was used as the ironing room (information from the owner).
Exterior: 2 storeys and attic. Symmetrical 3-bay front to the main block with a deep mansard roof. Disused C19 front door in the centre, flanked by C19 3-light small-pane casements, 2 similar first floor windows. The 2 left hand windows each have top-hung panes, presumably to ventilate the laundry. Flat-roofed attic dormer with a small-pane C19 casement. The single-storey addition at the right end has a C20 front door to the left and garage doors to the right.
Interior: Modernised. The partition between the 2 rooms has been removed.
