Gate piers and flanking walls; the entrance to the drive to Burrswood House (q.v.). Circa 1838. Snecked rock-faced sandstone with ashlar coping. Relatively low square-section gate piers with rounded pyramid caps either side of the drive. These are set back from the street. Walls follow irregular curves to terminal piers on the street.
These walls contribute to the character of this remarkably unspoilt estate village.
