GOUDHURST CHURCH ROAD TQ 7237-7337 (south side)
15/129 Row of chest tombs about 30 to 40 metres north west of Church of St Mary GV II Row of chest tombs to Light family, with adjacent chest tomb to west. Early to mid C18. All 5 chests are similar, with urn-shaped moulded corner piers, simply moulded and inscribed panels, and ogee moulded top slabs. Enough of the inscrip- tions survive to show they are all to the Light family.
