LAMBERHURST HIGH STREET TQ 6636-6736 (south east side) 8/178 No. 4 20.10.54 GV II
House. Circa 1700, possibly to earlier core. Timber framed and clad with red brick on ground floor and tile hanging an first flint with plain tiled roof. Two storeys and attic with half-hipped roof, shared stack cluster to left (see item 8/178) and gabled dormer. Two 2 light wooden casements on first floor and 2 light and 3 light casements on ground floor and central boarded door with flat hood. The building seems to be a rebuild of half of an earlier structure probably represented by No. 3 adjoining to the left.
