Listed Building: DELMONDEN GRANGE (1325517)

HAWKHURST DELMONDEN GREEN TQ 73 SW (west side) 9/301 Delmonden Grange - II House. C18 exterior. Red and blue chequered brick and plain tiled roof, with tile hanging to return elevations. Two storeys and attic on plinth with project- ing cornice to roof, half-hipped to left, with stacks to centre left and project- ing at end right and with 2 hipped dormers. Three 3-light mullioned and transomed casements on each floor, with cross-window to centre right on first floor above parapeted porch with round-headed doorway and half-glazed inner doorway. Hipped rear wings. The facing brick is of 2 differing builds, and may indicate gradual rebuilding or re-cladding of an earlier structure, possibly framed. Listing NGR: TQ7354030346
