War Memorial.  Portland stone.  Circa 1920.  Stone monument on 2 steps with square plinth and tapering shaft.   Small hipped stone-tiled rooflet with bracketted eaves and cross to east.  Relief of St George and Dragon on top of shaft with rest below.  Inscribed:                                 'MCMXIV'                                 MCMXVIII                                 MCMXXXIX                                 MCMXXXXV                          TO THE MEMORY OF THE MEN                           OF CRANBROOK WHO FELL                             IN THE GREAT WAR                         WHOSE NAMES ARE ENGRAVEN                       ON THE MEMORIAL IN THE PARISH                                  CHURCH
