Two storeys irregular fenestration of one window on both floors, with pair of French case- ments at entrance left. Tall red brick stack on projecting chimney breast on right-hand return front. C20 bay added in left-hand return front. Entrances in right-hand return front, with glazed door to left of chimney breast and half- glazed door to right in small catslide outshot.
