The 2 front rooms are heated from projecting end stacks with unheated rear service rooms. In 1949 there were 2 adjacent front doors in the centre (old list description). Exterior: 2 storeys. Symmetrical 3-bay front with a C20 brick porch. C19 or C20 sash windows: 16-pane flanking the porch and 3 4-over 8 pane to the first floor. Roof gabled at ends. Interior: Not inspected.
