Description
FRITTENDEN SAND LANE TQ 8040-8140 (south east side)
14/40 Catherine Wheel GV II House. Circa 1700 and extended late C20. Timber framed and weather boarded, and extended with painted brick and tile hanging. Plain tiled roof. Two storeys on plinth with half-hipped roof and stacks to rear centre and at end right with small outshot. Four 3 light wooden casements on 1st floor and 3 on ground floor with boarded door to centre left with flat hood on brackets. C20 rear range, tile hung on 1st floor. Exposed frame of late type in interior.
