Timber framed and clad with red brick on ground floor and weather boarded on first floor. Frame exposed on left return, small panel frame with ogee bracing with plaster infill. Plain tiled roof. Four framed bay lobby entry plan. Two storeys on part exposed stone plinth with break in brick bonding to end right bay, with single exposed framing post, the fenestration and weather boarding also set at lower level to right. Half-hipped roof with gablets especially marked to right. Stack cluster to centre right. Five irregular wooden casements on each floor of 1, 2 and 3 lights, with additional casement at end left in tile hung outshot. Entry originally to centre right, now by half-glazed door in rear right return. Half-hipped rear wing. Interior: end right bay separately framed with doubled main posts and beams in the stack bay. Main roof with clasped purlin and windbraces, end right bay with queen strut roof set at lower level. Tongue stopped chamfered beans throughout and brick inglenooks. Listing NGR: TQ7035040441
