CALVERLEY PARK 1. 1746 No 12 TQ 5839 SE 7/125 20.5.52. II* GV 2. Early C19. 2 storeys, built of Tunbridge Wells stone quarried in large blocks. Slate roof with eaves cornice. 6 sashes. Canted bay projection of 3 sashes at the east end with hipped roof. The west wing has a stone verandah with obtusely-pointed arches. Victorian additions behind the house which are now No 12A. Nos 1 to 24 (consec) form a group with Keston Lodge and Victoria Lodge.
