1. 1715 ROLVENDEN ROAD (North Side) Westwell TQ 8733 SE 2/116 8.5.50. II* 2. A large square mansion dated 1711. 2 storeys and attic red brick. Roof has 4 gabled dormers and 4 high brick chimneys symmetrically placed. Panelled brick parapet. Long and short stone quoins. Stone architraves and keystones over ground floor windows. Stone cornice above 1st floor With a broken pediment above the central window and the date in the tympanum, 7 tall narrow windows and 2 oval windows on the 1st floor. Doorcase with fluted pilasters, rectangular fanlight, large flat hood over it supported on carved brackets and a 6-panel moulded door. On the east side is another doorcase with a high rectangular fanlight, large pediment-shaped hood and a 6-panel moulded door. This side has 4 windows and 3 dormers.
