Description
1. 5272 GREAT CHART CHILMINGTON GREEN Little Chilmington TQ 94 SE 15/44 14.2.67 II 2. C18. Two storeys and attics. Faced with stone rubble with red brick window dressings and quoins, also stringcourses along the south-west wall, which are continued for a little way along the north-west front. Half-hipped tiled roof with 2 gabled dormers. Three casement windows with dripstones over. C19 porch with shaped Dutch gable containing a cartouche with the crest of the Toke family, formerly of Godinton. The rear elevation is of red brick.
