Timber framed and clad in painted brick and tile hung, with plain tile roof. One storey and hipped roof, projecting outshot to left, hipped semi-dormer to right. Regular fenestration of 6 metal casements. Double boarded doors in round-headed surround in hipped porch to right. Interior: close-studded timber frame underbuilt in brick; 3 bays, the eastern subdivided. Crown post roof, the central, moulded octagonal shaft, the other 2 plain unmoulded posts braced to tie-beams and collar purlin with Queen struts. Arched bracing to tie beams and collar purlin.
