Yard elevation: knobbed rustic wooden posts; range originally open at centre and weatherboarded at ends, now having boarding at left end, corrugated iron at right end; C20 board doors, some with reused strap hinges; C20-wood-framed windows. Rear wall has plinth. Attached to right end is weatherboard privy having strap-hinged board door with vent holes and wooden latch, corrugated iron roof, and, inside, wooden seat.
