Description

TR 04 SE WYE BROOK ROAD (east side) 4/212 Chelsbourne 27.11.57 GV II House. C15, clad C17/C18. Timber framed and clad with red brick in English bond, with tile hanging to return elevations. Plain tiled roof. Hall house now lobby entry with cross wing plan. Two storeys on plinth with central plat band and hipped roof with gablets with projecting hipped cross-wing to right. Stacks to left and projecting at end right. Main block with regular fenestration of 2 tripartite wooden casements on each floor with central 2 light on 1st floor and central half-glazed door with Y-tracery. One tripartite wooden casement on each floor to cross wing. All ground floor openings with segmental heads. Half-glazed door to left in tile hung outshot. Mullioned window to right return.
