C16 and C17 with C20 alterations. Timber framed with flint plinth and plain tile roof. 5 framed bays, the 4 to right of Wealden hall plan. 2 storeys and attic, on plinth, with continuous first floor jetty. Projecting gabled cross-wing to right. Right hand framed bay C17 and close-studded cross-wing with C20 ground floor bay window, C17 first-floor oriel on coved solid bracket, and garret light. The two central recessed hall bays now with later close-studded infill. Bays 1 and 4 with open- panelled, tension-braced "Kentish" framing. Ground floor largely C20. Irregular fenestration of C20 mullions; ground floor bay window to left. C16 chamfered two-centred arched doorway left, C20 shop door to right.
