Regular fenestration of 2 tripartite sashes with central sash on 1st floor and 2 tripartite sashes on ground floor with central door of 6 panels, the top 2 glazed, with 2 moulded steps. Ground floor openings with segmental heads. Single storey rear wing, hipped, with stack, 2 boarded doors and wooden casement. Projecting at left of front elevation a short length of red brick walling about 8 feet high, with coping, ramped down and about 10 metres long, with boarded gate.
