TQ 9345, 27/13 PLUCKLEY, Swan Lane, Sheerland House (Formerly listed as: PLUCKLEY, LITTLE CHART ROAD, Sheerland House) II This was the home farm of the Surrenden Dering estate, and was built in 1813 during the minority of Sir Edward Cholmeley Dering, 8th Baronet, (1807-1896). Two storeys and attics; ashlar with galleting. Hipped slate roof with three gabled dormers. Bracket eaves cornice. Three Dering windows. Gabled porch with the date 1813 in it. Listing NGR: TQ9331145352 .
