TR 05 SW CHILHAM Stonestile Lane (north side) Shottenden 3/49 Myrtle House 27.11.57 II House. C16 and C18. Timber framed and clad to left in chequered brick, right in red brick, this dated 1746. Plain tile roof. Two storeys on plinth. Hipped roof, projecting end stack to left, ridge stack to centre right. Four casement windows to first floor, 3 on ground floor, in segment headed openings. C20 half-glazed door centre right. Left side front clad in mathematical tiling. Interior: roof renewed, but smoke- blackened timbers still evident. Two inscribed bricks reading J H 1746 and R:C 46 Listing NGR: TR0457854354
