2. C18. 2 storeys weatherboarded. Hipped tiled roof with bracket eaves cornice. 3 sashes with glazing bars intact. Doorcases with pilasters, pediment, semi-circular fanlight and 6-panel moulded door.
Ratsbury and Oasthouse, and Little Paddock form a group.
