Two storeys and garret on plinth with plat band and roof half- hipped to left and hipped to right with large, tall moulded stack cluster with cornice-caps and tiled weathering. Three 3 light wooden casements on each floor with 2 light casement to centre left on 1st floor, with segemntal heads on ground floor. Door of 6 panels to centre the top 2 glazed. Exposed frame to left return with garret casement. Catslide outshot to rear. Interior: massive stack, with inglenooks and bread oven, and brick fireplaces on upper floors, inserted in full frame (the front wall totally rebuilt with red brick). Chamfered ceiling beams, much re-used timber. Clasped purlin roof, with re-used and blackened rafters. Listing NGR: TQ9709834479
