1. 5272 GREAT CHART ASHFORD ROAD Pear Tree Farmhouse TQ 93 NE 19/39 14.2.67 II 2. C18. Two storeys red brick with grey headers. Five brick buttresses to the ground floor. Hipped tiled roof with modillion eaves cornice. Four casement windows. Doorcases having flat hood and brackets and door of 6 moulded panels.
