Description
ROCHESTER HIGH STREET TQ 7468 NW No 79 (formerly 7/124 listed as Patricia 24.10.50 Pantry) II GV House with shop. Mid Cl8 but rebuilt in late C20. Brick; Kent tile roof. Weatherboarded to rear. 2 storeys; symmetrical 3- window range. Parapet with stone coping. Prominent moulded brick cornice does not extend the full width of the building. Tall 1st floor 18-pane hornless sash windows with blank panels above. Late C20 c.1900-style shopfront. Rear: 3 window range, 16-pane hornless sashes. Interior not inspected. Included for group value.
