Timber framed and clad with red brick and roughcast with plain tiled roof. Two separate builds in origin. Two storeys on plinth with boxed eaves to roof, hipped to left and stepped up to right with stacks to left and to right. Sash to left, and 3 three-light wooden casements on 1st floor. C19 plate glass butcher's shop to end left with projecting canopy on iron brackets, and 2 wooden mullioned and transomed windows to centre with gauged heads. Half-glazed doors to left and paired to centre with flat hood on brackets. Carriage entry to right with double boarded gates. Listing NGR: TR0535646761
