Two storeys with corbelled brick eaves cornice to roof hipped at left with stack at end right. Two 4 light leaded casements projecting on brick corbels on first floor, that to left flanked by a single pilaster strip. Irregular fenestration on ground floor of small light to left, central 4 light wooden casement and glazing bar sash to right. Entry by half-glazed door in rear courtyard.
