GILLINGHAM TQ86SW MIERS COURT ROAD, Meresborough 686-1/10/85 (South side) 21/12/73 Well house opposite Miers Court (Miers Court not included) (Formerly Listed as: MIERS COURT ROAD, Rainham (North West side) Well house opposite Miers Court) II Well house. C18-19. Timber-frame and thatched hipped roof. E spindle with a drum at the top, and braced arm for a horse, and 4 W posts for the winding wheel over the well which is capped by a stone flag. A rare and unusual surviving example of this type. Miers Court is not included. Listing NGR: TQ8214365768
