TR 2457 WINGHAM HIGH STREET (east side) 9/305 Nos. 97 & 97A GV II House and shop. C16 or earlier and 1784. Timber framed and rendered and extended with painted brick with plaintiled roofs and pantiled outshot. One storey central section with 2 storey gabled cross wing to right and 2 storey and attic block to left with 1 hipped dormer and stacks to centre and to end right with catslide outshot to right. Two wooden casements to left and 1 to right on first floors and ensemble of glazed bays along entire ground floor with glazed door to right and a rib-and-stud door to left. The fascia to right hand gabled wing disguises a jetty. - Listing NGR: TR2439257857
