House. Late C18. Flemish bond brick, party wall stack and tiled mansard roof. PLAN: double-depth. EXTERIOR: 2 storeys basement and attic; 2-window range. Parapeted front has a brick cornice, a left-hand doorway has an architrave and bracketed pediment, panelled reveals and soffit, 6-panel door with middle raised panels, top pair glazed; rubbed brick flat arches to horned 2/2-pane sashes in flush frames, and a wide 3-light raking dormer. Pavement grill to basement. INTERIOR: not inspected.
