House. Early C19. Yellow stock brick with stone dressings,           lateral stacks and a tiled hipped roof.           STYLE: Italianate.           PLAN: double-depth.           EXTERIOR: 2 storeys and basement; 3-window range. Double           fronted with overhanging eaves, windows set in shallow           vertical recesses, and rubbed brick arches; segmental-arched           doorway in a matching recess has a radial fanlight and door           with tall flush panels, round-arched outer windows and           flat-headed first-floor windows, with 6/6-pane sashes.           INTERIOR: has a central stair with stick balusters, panelled           shutters, and 6-panel doors. One of a group of similarly           styled houses in Medway Road (qv).
