One storey and attic with projecting double jettied gables to right and to left return. Continuous jetty with moulded bressumer on corbelled brackets. Stacks projecting at end right and to front left. Two storey bay to centre left. Oriel windows on each floor of right hand gable, mullioned windows in bay.
