Description

NONINGTON CHERRYGARDEN LANE TR 25 SE (south side) 3/119 Mount Ephraim House II Cottage pair, now house. Dated 1867, George Devey for William Oxenden Hammond. Rough dressed stone with painted brick and rendering with plain tiled roof. St.Albans Court style. One storey and attic with moulded bressumer with gables projecting to right and to left in front slope of roof and to centre. Oriel windows on each floor of gable, 2 storey canted bay to centre left and mullioned windows on ground floor. Central rib and stud door in plain surround with sidelights. Date roundel on first floor of bay inscribed: W H 1867. O Listing NGR: TR2630053300
