One storey and attic on plinth of flint with hipped roof with stack to centre and raking dormer to end right. Four wooden casements on ground floor and 4 light mullioned window and boarded door to centre with weather boarded outshot to end right. The end left bay, although it appears a later addition blocking some form of bracket is fully framed to rear.
