Symmetrical front has a thin brick cornice and parapet, good timber doorcase with architrave, dentil cornice broken forward with cast-iron cresting, pulvinated frieze, panelled reveals and soffit, and door with 6 raised panels and 3-pane overlight; a left-hand service doorway has a rubbed brick segmental-arched double boarded door. Rubbed brick flat arches to 6/6-pane sashes in flush frames, 3/3-pane second-floor sashes, and some plate-glass sashes.
